Meet the Board
The founder, Tiffany has been investing in youth for the past eighteen years. She graduated with her Masters from the University of Florida in 2013. After teaching for six years at the college, high-school and middle-school level, Tiffany was asked to serve as director for an after-school program serving low-income elementary-aged children struggling in reading proficiency. After moving to the Lansing area, Tiffany saw similar disparities. God called her to cover areas of need, which snowballed into more than she could have imagined.
Ronda Levra has been involved with The Well Education Center for over two years. Ronda is a graduate of Michigan State University and has been working with youth since 2009. She developed and facilitated the RAMS Tutoring Program in Holt, MI, successfully rallying community support for the program. Prior to that, Ronda served as an educator in the Holt Public School District and was the Special Programs Director at Edgewood Village. Ronda loves the Lord and is honored to work alongside the team to bring the Gospel to children and be a testimony of God’s unfailing love to the community. She believes strongly in the work that The Well is doing and is eager to be a part of the Holy Spirit’s movements here.
Tom Harvey has been serving with WEC International since 1986. For the past 27 years he has been with WEC's resource ministry Rainbows of Hope, where he and his wife Ann presently serve as directors. ROH exists to provide resources to any WEC missionary worldwide who God has reaching out to help children and youth who are at risk or in crisis. Tom and Ann have four adult children and two grandchildren. Tom and Ann have a non profit, Release the Oppressed Ministries, which is a launchpad service ministry for people with a vision to reach out to oppressed peoples. Tom has been corresponding with prisoners for the past 21 years, as letter writing is something he loves to do.
Origin story
The Well was birthed out of a God-given gift. The call to inspire. The call to live a life worthy of the Gospel. The call to Love radically. And the call to demonstrate the realities of Heaven, Gods Kingdom of Love, in a broken and darkened world.
